FAQ: Registration in the online shop

To place an order in the Murrelektronik Online shop you have to create an account. Please do as follows:

Open the registration form or click open account on the homepage

Please enter your data into the form:

1. Enter your customer number into the field Murrelektronik Customer no..
   
   If you are a new customer please leave this field empty. New customers receive their customer number after registration and confirmation of the account.
2. Please fill out all fields marked red. Please don‘t forget the check box for our privacy policy as well as the correct verification code.
3. Click save to proceed. If everything is filled out correctly you will be forwarded to the confirmation page.

Please mind: You can only view your individual prices after your existing Customer account with Murrelektronik GmbH is connected to your new online shop account. This may take two to three business days.
