FAQ: Order Overview / Order History

In order to have an overview of your orders at any time, the Murrelektronik online shop offers you the possibility to view both online and offline orders of any channel in your customer account.

1. When you are logged in, click on MyAccount
2. Select My Order History in the left navigation bar
3. By clicking on your desired order in the list you will get all information about this order
4. By clicking on Offline Orders you will see all your Murrelektronik orders, even those you did not place via the online store.
